Ownership of Site Content & Trademarks

All materials presented on Wilshirelane—including, but not limited to, brand names, logos, original swimwear cut patterns, textual guides, website styling, product imagery, graphic layouts, and digital media—are the exclusive property of Wilshirelane or are utilized under authorized commercial license:

• Trademarks & Brand Identity: The Wilshirelane name, wordmark, logo, and distinctive design motifs are protected by applicable trademark laws. Unauthorized use, imitation, or reproduction for commercial purposes without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Copyrighted Materials: All website text, photography, blog guides, and product catalog descriptions are protected under United States and international copyright laws. Copying, scraping, republishing, or redistributing our visual or textual content without explicit permission is forbidden.

In-House Design & Non-Infringement Standard

Wilshirelane operates under a direct design-to-consumer model. We create, test, and oversee the production of our women's swimwear, cover-ups, and resort wear in-house. We do not engage in the sale of counterfeit merchandise, unauthorized brand replicas, or pirated designs. We continuously audit our product listings to ensure absolute originality and legal compliance.

Notice and Procedure for Submitting IP Claims

If you are an intellectual property owner or an authorized agent who believes in good faith that any content or product listing on our website infringes upon your copyright, trademark, design patent, or other proprietary rights, please submit a detailed formal claim containing the following information:

• Good Faith Statement: A written statement confirming your good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy & Authorization Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to enforce the intellectual property rights in question.
