DMCA Compliance Notice

Wilshirelane respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, and brand owners and complies strictly with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA"). It is our policy to respond expeditiously to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement and take appropriate remedial actions under United States copyright law.

Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work, original imagery, or graphic design has been copied, reproduced, or displayed on our website in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written DMCA Take-Down Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing all of the following statutory elements:

• Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of Infringing Material: Clear identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including the exact URL(s) on our website where the material is located.
• Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your full legal name, company name (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Investigation & Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a fully compliant DMCA notice, Wilshirelane will take the following steps:

• Promptly investigate the validity of the claim within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content or product listing.
• Notify the content provider or internal department responsible for the posting regarding the removal.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Wilshirelane maintains a strict policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, website access or supplier relationships with parties deemed to be repeat infringers.
